The arrival night: welcome and Guide\u2019s presentation.
1st day: starting from Champoluc 1580 m. Along old tracks, till Walser villages: Mascognaz 1810 m. View on the southern side of Monte Rosa and Matterhorn. Village of Frantze 1880 m \u2013 Champoluc.
Difference in height: + 300 m. 5 km. Packet lunch or lunch in Mountain hut.
2nd day: starting from Champoluc, with the lifts till the village of Crest at 1975 m \u2013 towards the villages of Cuneaz 2062 m, Soussun, Resy 2086 m. Saint Jacques des Allemands 1689 m. Back to Champoluc by bus.
Difference in height: + 100 m. 8 km. Packet lunch or lunch in Mountain hut.
3rd day: Along the Kraemerthal, the traders route. From Saint Jacques des Allemands 1689 m hike in Cime Bianche valley till Tzere plateau 2333 m. Packet lunch at Ceucca alpage 2200 m \u2013 hike at the feet of Monte Rosa: Verra plateau 2053 m \u2013 back to Saint Jacques des allemands 1689 m.
Difference in height: + 644 m. 8 km.
Easy paths, without technical difficulties. Some training in mountain hiking it\u2019s however needed.

1st day: Challand Saint Victor 744 m. Visit to the medioeval Villa dairy – hike to the old Villa castle, panoramic point of the valley – visit to the Villa lake natural reserve \u2013 hike to the Arlaz pass through Challand Art path (1190 m). Back through the ancient Arlaz channel till Challand Saint Anselme.
Difference in height: + 446 m. 9 km.
2nd day: Graines, where the time is standing. Transfer till Arcesaz 1132 m, hike up to Graines castle and Graines village 1396 m, visit to the etnographic museum and the old school of the village. Up to Fennilaz village 1647 m \u2013 descent along ancient gold mines path, possibility to visit Chamousira Gold mines \u2013 Brusson 1367 m.
Difference in height: + 515 m. 6 km.
3rd day: Along Ru Courtaud channel, a miracle of medioeval engineering, at the feet of Monte Rosa. Transfer to Joux pass 1639 m. Along the panoramic Ru Courtaud till Barmasc 1900 m. Descent to Antagnod and visit of one of the most beautiful villages in the world.
Difference in height: + 261 m. 10 km.

Descent till Courtaud channel \u2013 Vardaz alpage \u2013 Champoluc 1580 m.<br \/>Difference in height: + 718 m. 12 km.<br \/>3rd day: starting from Champoluc with the lifts till Crest village 1975 m \u2013 Perrin pass and Perrin lake 2655 m. Packet lunch in view point of Monte Rosa and Matterhorn. Descent on the south face of Mascognaz valley till Champoluc.<br \/>Difference in height: + 680 m. 12 km.<br \/>Easy paths, without technical difficulties. Necessary a good training in mountain hiking, because the difference in height is always at least 700 m.<br \/>The itineraries shall change according to the weather conditions or physical conditions of the partecipants.<br \/>Price: 180 \u20ac , per day.
