Hotel Policy

  • Arrivals and Departures:

    Check -in: From 3.00 pm
    Check-out: Until 11.00 am
    On request it is possible, subject to availability, to check-in and check-out outside the times indicated and a supplement may be required.
  • Cancellation policies:

    The conditions relating to cancellations state that a deposit of 20% of the total stay will be required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be returned but will not be LOST because it can be reused for future stays.
  • Tourist tax:

    Tourist taxes will be paid upon check-out and amount at €3.00 per person per day. Children up to 13 years are exempt. Allergies and Intolerances: We invite our kind guests to report any type of allergy or intolerance to us so that our staff can promptly respond to your needs.
  • Pets:

    At Au Charmant Petit Lac pets are allowed and it is a daily supplement is required. However, availability is limited and must be agreed upon with the hotel management. Pet owners are required to ensure that they do not disturb other hotel guests.
