• Arrivals and Departures:

  Check -in: From 3.00 pm
  Check-out : jusqu’à 11 h 00
  Sur demande et selon les disponibilités, le check-in et le check-out peuvent avoir lieu en dehors des horaires indiqués ; un supplément peut être demandé.

• Cancellation policies:

  The conditions relating to cancellations state that a deposit of 20% of the total stay will be required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will not be returned but will not be LOST because it can be reused for future stays.

• Tourist tax:

  La taxe de séjour est à régler au check-out et s'élève à 3,00 € par personne et par jour. Les enfants jusqu'à 13 ans en sont exonérés. Allergies et intolérances : nous invitons nos hôtes à nous signaler toute allergie ou intolérance, afin que le personnel puisse répondre rapidement à leurs besoins.

• Pets:

  At Au Charmant Petit Lac pets are allowed and it is a daily supplement is required. However, availability is limited and must be agreed upon with the hotel management. Pet owners are required to ensure that they do not disturb other hotel guests.
